Festival Instructions
- Event timings will be 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
- Availability for both days (1-2 February) is mandatory.
- Assignment of roles and duties rests with the organizers.
- Area of responsibilities ranges from- entry gate management, wristband assistance, food and bazaar area monitoring, travel lodging and boarding, security, housekeeping, backstage management and more.
General Instructions
- Ensure your birthdate, email ID, contact information, etc., is filled accurately.
- We accept only genuine responses, so be careful in mentioning the reasons - why do you wish to volunteer for us - section.
- To increase your chances of having your application selected, include 3 skills you believe would be valuable and mention how they can be of benefit.
- Organizers will assign responsibilities & departments based on suitability.
- Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for a change of responsibility.
- Please remember that our volunteers should prioritize their responsibilities, and interactions with celebrities or artists should not be your focus.
- We encourage only Dubai residents to apply as volunteers.
Process for Registration
- Register with us by filling out the form online at jashnerekhta.ae.
- Team Jashn-e-Rekhta will contact the ones who are shortlisted.
- Interviews will be conducted virtually.
- Individual notifications will be sent to selected volunteers.
